What are wax melts, and how do they work?
Wax melts are small, fragrant pieces of wax that release their scent when heated in a wax warmer. Unlike candles, they don’t have a wick and rely on heat to melt and diffuse their fragrance into the air.
How should I clean my wax warmer?
Let the wax cool and harden, then gently remove it with a scraper or paper towel. For stubborn wax, use a bit of rubbing alcohol on a cloth. If you're using our wax warmer, just remove the silicone bowl, pop the wax out, and wash the bowl with gentle soap and water. Wipe the warmer with a paper towel to remove any condensation.
How long do wax melts last?
Typically, our wax melts last between 24-48 hours of continuous use, depending on the scent and the warmer's heat level. Some may last longer.
Can wax melts be reused?
Yes, wax melts can be reused until they no longer emit fragrance. Once the scent fades, it’s time to replace the melt.
What is the difference between wax melts and candles?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over $100 within the USA. You'll get a confirmation email after placing your order and another once your items are shipped. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

You have 15 days from the date of receiving the items to initiate a return.
What are non-returnable items?
Non-returnable items include products that have been customized, due to their bespoke nature, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without charge. Beyond this window, if the order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be canceled but is subject to a restocking fee.
