What makes these pieces of Chrysocolla and Malachite so special, are the deep Seafoam Green Turquoise color patterns with concentric rings where the bands are circular, forming rounded or oval-shaped rings around a central point, giving it a unique appearance making this a one-of-a-kind, breathtaking freeform specimen.
A botryoidal texture or mineral habit is one in which the mineral has a globular external form resembling a bunch of grapes as derived from the Greek botruoeidēs.
While Malachite & Chrysocolla rarely forms as large individual crystals, it is often found in botryoidal (globular) masses.
When cut or polished these botryoidal masses display gorgeous, banded patterns full of concentric rings and other interesting shapes.The Malachite & Chrysocolla is the old style deep and rich in color very dense and so perfectly detailed.
