Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition, they were received to qualify for a full refund.

3. Non-returnable Items*

Custom items, due to their bespoke nature, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

4. Return Process

Initiation: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without charge. Beyond this window, if the order has not yet been dispatched, it may still be canceled but may be subject to a restocking fee.
