Hello there! My name is Shauna, and I am the proud owner and operator of Adulting Candle Co. My fun little luxury candle and crystal company is based in the gorgeous city of Reno, NV. Let me tell you a little bit about my journey and how I came to be here.

As a single mom with four amazing kids, two adorable pups, and a cat, life is never dull! But despite the challenges that come with parenting and running a business on my own, I wouldn't have it any other way. Being an entrepreneur has always been a dream of mine, and I am grateful every day that I get to live that dream.

Growing up, I always had a fascination with beautiful things, especially candles and crystals. There was something so enchanting about the glow of a candle and the magic that crystals emanated. As I got older, that fascination turned into a passion. I started experimenting with making candles and collecting crystals, and that's when the idea for my business was born.

I knew that I wanted to create beautiful, high-quality candles and supply crystals that people would love just as much as I did. So, I put my all into learning everything I could about the craft. I researched natural ingredients, experimented with different fragrances and blends, and sourced only the highest-quality crystals for my shop.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, I knew that providing excellent customer experience was key. I strive to treat every client like royalty, and I am grateful for each one of them.

When I'm not working hard in my business, you can find me indulging in my favorite sports - baseball and football. I am a faithful fan, and nothing beats the thrill of cheering on my team. I'm a big fan of theme parks. I also love spending time outdoors, Lake Tahoe and the Truckee River are just a couple of my favorite places to relax and unwind.

It's been quite a journey, but I wouldn't change a thing. I am proud of the work I have accomplished, and I am excited to continue creating beautiful candles and finding gorgeous crystals for years to come. Thank you for your support, and I can't wait for you to discover the magic of my creations.
